Jacy uses research based approaches and takes a holistic wellness perspective. She takes a thorough account of all aspects of your life (professional, personal, physical, psychological, spiritual and emotional) before creating a collaborative plan to address your concerns.

Her mission is to make therapy more approachable and less clinical so that you feel comfortable to explore issues and develop new skills that are holding you back from a fulfilling life.  So whether you have a specific goal or just want to see where the therapy journey takes you, she is ready to walk along side you.

JULIANNE SCHROEDER, MS, LPC, 500 hr RYT, Ketamine Assisted Therapy Provider

*Telehealth Counseling Provider Only for Colorado & Texas; Coaching Options Available in U.S. *

*Currently has a waitlist for new clients. Updated: 10/30/23.

Julianne Schroeder, Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher, and speaker, specializes in anxiety & burnout, codependency & other relationships issues, perfectionism, disordered eating, general self-esteem issues, & trauma. She also loves working with those that are “sensitive souls”, self-reflective, and/or goal-getters desiring support with any lingering emotional blocks to up-leveling themselves.

Julianne considers herself pretty relatable & laid back, and most days wears yoga pants if she can get away with it. (One of her favorite things about being her own boss is the relaxed dress code.) She’d love to help you dig deep & feel your best, most loving, accepting, and confident self by having you curl up on her cozy couch or on yours via online video therapy (telehealth). Oh, go ahead and feel free to share your favorite joke or meme with her because laughter sometimes is really the best medicine.

Julianne believes our past or current experiences can influence and cloud our perspective to see alternative options, and that therapy can be beneficial for having space to fully feel and develop clarity and new ways of viewing yourself. She provides a compassionate, collaborative, and creative atmosphere to help you uncover inner resources, develop new perspectives, ways of thinking, and approaches to taking actions in your life.

Her specialized training & therapeutic approach includes:

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy

  • Inner Child Work

  • Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (for more info click here)

  • Mindful Self-Compassion work with Tara Brach Ph.D.

  • Studied under yoga therapists to connect to mind, body, & emotions in safe, trauma-informed way (500 hr training in total)

  • Inner Child Work

  • Understanding Attachment Style & Unique Needs

Julianne’s strong commitment to lifelong learning & her own personal work allows her to provide the best possible service to clients. When not working with clients in therapy or on the mat, Julianne can be found plotting her next outdoor adventures, spending time with loved ones, & her sweet & energetic rescue pup, Luna.

Julianne has been featured in media outlets such as Psychology Today, Counseling Today, Livestrong, Huffpost, Bustle, Thriveglobal, and more.

She hopes to have the honor to work alongside you!
